Foundation Cutting Course:
This 1 day classic cutting hairdressing course will give those up and coming hairdressers a foundation understanding of hair cutting and boost their confidence to advance to the next level.

Time: 9:30 - 15:30 approx

Dress Code: Please wear professional attire or black trousers and T-Shirt. You will also require slippers

Certification: ABT accredited certificate will be awarded on successful course completion

Course Details:
This course will cover all aspects of basic cutting techniques, including sectioning, one length, fringe, long layers and blow drying. What will the course cover?

Essential anatomy & physiology.
Contra-indications and actions.
Demonstration of basic cutting techniques.
Hands on practical for the students.
Styling and finishing.
Product knowledge.
Client care and consultation, home care, retailing and general business advice.

How will the course be taught?
A combination of demonstrations followed by a practical session. This practical session is under the guidance and assistance of the tutor.

Will I need to bring any materials?
You'll need to bring the following materials:
- Training Head
- Hairdryer
- Scissors
- Combs
- Brushes
- Sectioning Clips
- Clippers
- Water Sprayer
Please also bring snacks for the day

The course is accredited by ABT. This course includes a certificate which will enable the student to obtain liability insurance through these companies.
