Seated (on-site) massage is a 20 minute massage administered with the client seated on a purpose built chair or in an upright office chair with their face supported on a specially designed table mounted face support. Our routine has been developed using movements perfected and proven from other therapies including Swedish massage, Indian Head Massage and Stress management techniques. We have included movements to enhance circulation and respiration, remove waste, relieve stress and promote well being. The aim of the massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the neck and shoulders. It is a wonderful therapy that promotes relaxation and wellbeing. It is performed over clothes so can be taken into the office or workplace.

What are the benefits?
Seated massage is especially good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and generating energy. Clients report that the experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving them feeling energised and revitalised and better able to concentrate. The treatment helps improve joint mobility & flexibility in the neck & shoulders. Massage helps increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow, frees knots of muscular tension, relaxes connective tissue, and aids in the elimination of accumulated toxins and waste products. It is particularly good for reducing the effects of stress and tension.
